We generally process orders very fast. Our warehouses are shipping orders Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. We don't work during bank holidays. Transit time depends on the shipping service you choose and the delivery address - you can verify at any hour the order and shipment status for up to date delivery time estimate.

Yes. Once you have placed the order, we will keeo you updated with the current status of your order. We will notify you once we ship your parcel, we will send you the tracking number and we will let you know all the details of the shipment. Depending on your preference, we will send all this info via email, text message or Facebook Messenger.

Yes, you can. However, to maintain the necessary hygiene standard for all our customers, the product needs to be unopened/unsealed. Used or opened products cannot be returned. It is not mandatory to create an account to order products from our website. While checking out, we offer you the option to order with our without creating an account. We generally process orders immediately after they are finalised but there is a small window of time before we close your box when we might be able to make changes to your order. Each Mayie product has a specific shelf life which we display on the product page. Our products are 100% natural, alive and organic, hence they are more perishable than the hard chemical alternatives. Doe to this reason, we have a unique and very strict production process which controls contamination, storage and bottling. We take additional sanitary measures, ww use special packaging and we bottle small batches so that the products you receive from us are always fresh.

Yes. And that is not all. We have full control over the raw materials - we produce them in our Mayie Proprietary Farm and Mayie Farms Network. Thus, we avoid being the regular victims of counterfeited carrier and essential oils. On top of it, our products are vegan and obtained from organically grown plants. We are certified organic by EcoCert and cruelty-free and vegan by PETA.

We extract our raw materials from organic plants grown in Mayie Proprietary Farm in west Romania, Mayie Farm Network in Carpathian Area and wild Carpathian Flora. Our processing facility (essential oil distillery, cold pressing, milling) and cosmetic lab are positioned in west Romania, in the proximity of our farms. We thus ensure we process our raw materials fresh, immediately after they are harvested.
